NOTD: China Glaze Avalanche & Sally Hansen Lilac Zinc stamp

Pin It Now!
On to the nail stuff!

What do you do when the day's rainy and drabby? Konad! Or at least it's what I do to make a mani more fun. I started off with China Glaze Avalanche from the China Glaze 2007 Ski collection and stamped it with Sally Hansen . Of course on a rainy day, when you swatch, you end up taking photos outside, so inevitably this is what happens.

After wiping off my hand a few times over, I got a few more shots.

I'm quite the fan of these tone on tone stamping designs and although this one isn't all colourfull, it really suited the day. After getting wet trying to take proper photos of it in the backyard, I decided to do some under artificial lights for good measure.

The design is off of Large Blate B, see all of it HERE.

Till next time!

  2. @Nailstyle Thank you. Sometimes these stamped ones are actually tough to capture, when they reflect light a certain way. I enjoy the challenge.

  9. Wow, you made avalanche work! I have it but it's very easy to see streaks... Although the last time I've used it was years ago (maybe I'm better at painting my nails now?)
All in all, fantastic combination! It's very pretty~
