On to the nail stuff!
I'm really quite surprised by the lacquer I'm about to show you. It's normally not my type of colour AND it's a glitter on top of that, but the more I kept on seeing how pretty and delicate it looks in swatch photos, the more I wanted it. Now I got my paws on it and I can't be happier!

Here's Revlon Starry Pink, from the 2011 fall Expressionist Collection.
This pretty thing is a pale pink/lilac filled with small silver and silver hex glitter. I was surprised that after 3 coats it was almost opaque and yet you can see the glitter. The formula's great, I've had no issues with it at all.
I must say that I'm so happy to have received this one as a gift from a nail friend who mailed it to me to send me a hug in order to make me feel better. What a sweet gesture! Thank you so much! This is what came in the package from her, a pretty card and two lacquers to sparkle and shine and cheer me up and they really did. See Blue Mosaic HERE.

I love Starry Pink (as well as Facets of Fuchsia and Blue Mosaic) but I think SP is my fav! The silver glitter reminds me of raindrops, it gives it such an interesting sparkle.

I fell in love with this nail polish, but I cannot find it ANYWHERE in Poland :(
ReplyDeleteYou know, I haven't seen it while I was in Poland. I'd suggest to see if you have a nail friend who'd be willing to do a swap for it. It really is pretty.
DeleteI don't have any nail friend outside Poland. I was trying to find this nail polish on Ebay because they ship to Poland but either there's a seller who cannot sell it to the Europe due to some law or the nail polish is expensive/shipping is expensive. I'll keep searching or ask my aunt in the US if she could buy it for me. This colour is really pretty :(
