On to the nail stuff!
What a treat I have to you today! While I was visiting London, UK, a few weeks back, the friend that I stayed with for 2 days happened to be a fellow nail enthusiast and she had lacquers in her stash that I do not, specifically Lynnderella's. She allowed me to look through her collection and even try one! Here's Lynnderella Thank Blue!

I'm not sure if I will in fact ever end up with any of the unique lacquers Lynnderella creates, mainly because they're hard to get but also too expensive for my current pockets. It was awesome of my friend to actually allow me to try this one, she rocks!
The reason I asked to try this one and not some of the purple ones I long for (like Love Potion 99) is because I was wearing the base I had on, Yssy No.75, which I picked up during my haul in Spain, see it HERE. You can see that side by side these two look great and on the nail even better.

On the nail, you can see that some of the larger square glitters actually have small square cut outs in the corner. Cool, I've never seen that before.

I've read a tip somewhere before regarding the application of these glitters, since they can be tricky to apply, I tried it and would like to pass it on. When applying the glitter, do not drag the brush down the nail the way you would normally apply lacquer, but rather kind of pad it on and move it around with the brush until you like where the glitters are. This worked well for me and I only applied one layer of Thank Blue!
