On to the nail stuff!
When I tried Sally Hansen Nail Prisms Ruby Diamond the other day (see swatch HERE), I just knew that I'd want to stamp this holo with another holo. I have tried that before and oddly enough, the holo seemed to have cancelled out the other holo, it was weird. If you've missed it, it was a mani from over a year ago, see it HERE.

I wanted to try one of the new Bundle Monster plates, so I used BM-320, the water marble design. I stamped with China Glaze 2NITE. I wanted the design to be a bit messy looking this time, so I used holo over a holo, no top coat.
Next time I'm going to try this design with a contrasting colour so it looks more defined. Have you ever stamped a holo with a holo? What kind of results did you get?
Till next time!

Pretty, but I would also like to see this with a contrasting color like a gold holo. I have yet to stamp holo over holo only holo over creme. I think it'd be so hard to see underneath or maybe they'd blend and cancel like with the first time you tried. Lol now I'm curious though so I'll have to set that idea on a post it for future manicures.
ReplyDeleteI need this color!!
